RESERVATION

The reservation will be considered effective when the Management of the Camping has received a Banking or Money Order deposit for the amount of a Stay Night according to the rates in force. The rest of the reservation will be paid upon entry into the booked accommodation.

VERY IMPORTANT

A deposit of 70 euros will be deposited at the reception of the campsite to cover possible damage resulting from the use of the Bungalows and Apartments. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the Bungalow or apartment is in the same condition in which it was found.

ENTRANCE- EXIT

Bungalows and Apartments. Arrival will be made after 2 pm Departures will take place at the latest at 11 o’clock.
Camping. During the whole Season the Day of Stay will be from 12 noon to 12 noon the next day.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation of reservation must be made by WRITING (Cancellations by telephone are not accepted). In the cancellations of reservations of Medium and High Season the Deposit will be returned in full if they are made more than one month in advance. If the cancellation is made between 15 days and one month before arrival, the Camping may retain 50% of the Deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days before arrival, the Camping may retain 100% of the Deposit. However, if the Camping manages to re-rent the booked accommodation, it will return 100% of the Deposit made. Once the stay booked in the Bungalows and Apartments begins, the abandonment of the same before the contracted dates will not give right to any discount.

RETURN OF RESERVATION DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT OF THE STAY

Only in case of hospitalization or death of a member of the family, presenting proof.

STAY

It is mandatory to wear the bracelet for the use of the pool that will be delivered to you upon arrival.
