A 4-STAR campsite in the Baztan Valley, we are located in the first valley of the western Pyrenees, surrounded by nature and beautiful villages. We are also 38 km away from the beach of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and 50 km from the beaches of Hondarribia and Hendaye. We have 150 pitches of 100 m2, separated by hedges, with grass and shade, electricity and water supply.
The campsite has 2 swimming pools (an adult pool and a children’s pool), in which to cool down on hot days. There are sports activities and a games area to ensure that the little ones have a great time. There is also a bar-restaurant, supermarket, laundry, paddle court, squash, boules, and a table tennis table. A medical service is located in Erratzu, 150m from the campsite.
The campsite has 3 types of accommodation for you to choose which one best suits your needs. They represent 3 different ways of enjoying an unforgettable stay with all the comfort and services of a 4-star campsite.
Our intention is for you to have everything you need so that you can relax as soon as you arrive, and enjoy the facilities best suited to your needs.
Our restaurant offers simple, homemade food with regional products. There is a daily set menu, main dishes, roast chicken to take away, homemade hamburgers, etc. The bar has a large terrace with views of the pool, and a wide range of drinks are served.
The Baztan Valley, through which the Bidasoa River flows, is a place where nature plays a leading role. There are large leafy beech and oak tree forests, with refreshing streams and small waterfalls. The surrounding area features idyllic corners and villages, where everything is tastefully respected, from the beautiful village of Erratzu, in which the campsite is located, to the interesting capital of the region, Elizondo.
The proximity to France and the Basque coast makes excursions to San Sebastián or Saint-Jean-de-Luz some of the many options for a day trip. Others places of interest include: Señorío de Bertiz Natural Park; the caves at Urdax and Zugarramurdi; the Petit Train de La Rhune rack railway to the summit of La Rhune and the beautiful villages of Ascain and Sare; the Camino de Santiago from Roncesvalles, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Pamplona, Biarritz; Hondarribia, San Sebastián, etc.
